Tom needs Adderall to do well in school but is surrounded by peers who are abusing the medication. He hopes to stay focused on his studies so his Adderall use doesn't get out of control. Jack has secretly decided to stop taking the drug because he doesn't like how it makes him feel - but now he's concerned that he won't do well on the SATs without it. Alex's Adderall abuse paved the way for a speed habit that landed her in rehab. She hopes to say goodbye to the bad influences in her life and finally stay clean.
